We’re Here To Help
Customer Service
MCWA defines Customer Service not as a job title within a department, but as a primary component of our mission and culture which defines our organization. It is only through our strong internal values that we are able to deliver superior external experiences to our customers at every touch point.
Education
Water Education is an important component of our community engagement program. Here you will find information, various tools, videos and resources dedicated to educating you about all things water. We believe that the more informed our Customers are, the more satisfied, confident and happy they are with MCWA.
Water Quality
The average adult human body is 50-65% water, so it’s no surprise that water quality can greatly impact our overall health. Year after year MCWA exceeds all drinking water standards set by the EPA and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH). We stand committed to our primary mission of delivering the cleanest, safest and most affordable drinking water to our Customers every day.

Help MCWA Get the Lead Out
